Workplace Injury Research Round Up | Part 3

What can you do to protect your staff?

Protect your ageing members of staff!

This one is less about the age of your staff, and more about the difference between demands of work and a worker’s physical capacity. If you (like many of my clients) have a workforce who are ageing, it’s important to consider how their support needs and capacity may alter with time.

Providing appropriate accommodations and support for perimenopausal and menopausal members of your workforce can improve their performance, decrease absences, and retain their skills and experience within your organisation.
